Introduction
Orbit Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and establishes and operates the following Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Gridtopia ("the App"), developed by [ILTAE KIM / OrbitStuido] ("we", "us").
Data we collect
Gridtopia does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. The App has no user accounts and no analytics or advertising software.
2. Game progress
Your game progress and settings are stored locally on your device and are not sent to us.
3. Game Center
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, leaderboards and achievements are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your Game Center information.
4. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple's handling of this data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
5. Children
Blockgram does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective from June 09, 2026.
The Company may amend this policy in accordance with changes in laws or service content.
Any updates will be notified through the app’s announcements or by email.
